Online Preliminary + one Final

US$150

These published fees cover the preliminary or single round. Final-round fees are separate. Confirm new-edition fees before entering.

Perform a different work in the Final. Both rounds must be memorized.
For the Preliminary, submit a complete short work or, for a work longer than four minutes, an excerpt of up to four minutes. A sonata movement may stop before the recapitulation.
Prepare the complete work for the Final. The in-person jury may stop a long performance without affecting its evaluation.

Junior, Young Artist, Professional and Amateur entrants perform one movement from any piano concerto in each required round.

A solo-piano recording without the orchestral part is not accepted as a concerto entry.

For Piano Duo, contact the team to confirm the current repertoire and memorization requirements before registering.

More than one entry?: You may enter every division for which you qualify, including Young Amateur alongside Junior or Young Artist. You may also enter both Solo and Concerto. Each division and performance category requires a separate application and fee.
Online recording requirements: Record each piece as one continuous, unedited performance. Show the performer’s face, hands and full body clearly.
Use an acoustic upright or grand piano for online performances. Recordings must be no more than six months old.
Wear appropriate concert attire. The jury’s decisions are final.
Before you apply: Student name and birth date · Category and format · Repertoire · Registrant email; Confirm the age cut-off and category with our team if you are unsure.
