This policy covers the information Chopin Avenue collects through chopinavenue.com and our registration forms.

   What we collect

   When you register for a competition, festival, or academy, our registration provider (Jotform) collects the information needed to process your entry: name, date of birth, contact details, category selection, and any files you upload (such as a photo). Competition registration payments are processed through Stripe within Jotform; the Chopin Avenue website does not receive or store your full card number or security code. The category finder calculates eligibility on your device. When you continue, it temporarily keeps your birth date and competition choices in this tab and passes them to the registration provider when the form loads or you open it.

   How we use it

   We use registration information to administer the competition — scheduling, judging, results, and prize fulfillment — and, if you opt in, to contact you about future Chopin Avenue programs.

   Sharing

   We share registration data with our jury and organizing team as needed to run the competition, and with Jotform and its payment processors as our registration provider. We do not sell your information.
