Chopin Avenue Summer Festival 2025

• Final Concert
• Three individual lessons (or two lessons and one masterclass if qualified)
• The following transportation in Poland as per Summer Festival schedule:
    - trip to Chopin House,
• fees for museum entrances (Chopin Museum, Chopin House)
• Video Recording of performances at the Concerts
• Practice Room

• flights to Poland
• accommodation in Poland
• meals / food
• travel insurance
• visa arrangements cost (if necessary)
• tickets / travel expenses to additional tourists attractions ( Wilanow Palace and other)

• Winners Concerts are subject to a separate fee and are not included in the Summer Festival fee

I understand and agree to the following:

The audio/video materials and photos taken before, during and after the concerts at the designated concerts hall  belong to the organizer and are protected by International Copyright Laws. The videos / photos and recordings taken before, during and after the concerts in the designated concert halls may only be used with permission and guidance of the organizer.

Parts of the Summer Festival and Concerts may be photographed and videographed throughout the event for educational purposes and to promote future events; including but not limited to social media, printed media and websites. Festival may be used by Chopin Avenue for promotional purposes of Chopin Avenue events in the future.

• arrange my Visa to Poland if necessary
• arrange my flight
• arrange my accommodation (hotel or airbnb)
• purchase travel/medical insurance for the duration of my trip
• prepare my own instrument (if other than piano)

• no refunds are possible after payment if cancelled by the participant's side
• full refund (minus the bank transfer fees) will be processed in case the event needs to be cancelled or due to travel restrictions as announced by the authorities of your country or by the authorities in Poland or by other authorities that would restrict traveling from your country to the territory of Poland in relation to Force Majeur.
• the event may be cancelled at any time if the organizers foresee safety risk or if the authorities suggest such risk with regards to any force majeures
